Job Description:

We are looking for a PhD student for a new lab at Temple University dealing with Water/Wastewater treatment using membranes.

We are researching electrochemical reactions at the water-membrane interface for nutrients recovery, fouling and biofouling mitigation and CEC's removal using electrically conductive membranes based on carbon nanotubes and graphene. Additional research includes the influence and manipulation of feed spacers for biofouling and fouling prevention in spiral wound RO moduls.

If you have a keen interest in water treatment, membranes, biofouling mitigation, novel methods to treat contaminants of emerging concern and you are interested of being part of a new and growing research group. please contact:  Dr. Avner Ronen,  avner.ronen@temple.edu
