Life cycle assessment and costing; environmental or civil engineering

The Berge research group at the University of South Carolina is looking for a PhD student to conduct research on funded projects that involve the evaluation of construction materials and processes using life cycle assessment and life cycle costing. Prior experience with material flow analysis, life cycle assessment, and life cycle costing are preferred, but not required.
