Dear AEESP Community,
The AEESP Membership and Demographics Committee is continuing the AEESP Faculty Mentoring program, in which more senior (mid-career and senior) environmental engineering and science faculty provide guidance on research, teaching, and service to more junior faculty (junior & mid-career are welcome). This mentorship initiative is meant to support more junior faculty in their career advancement. We expect the mentors and mentees will establish a long-term relationship and build a professional network that improves faculty’s career experience by building trust, encouragement, and motivation through shared experiences and advice.
