The School of Environment (SOE) of Tsinghua University (THU) is pledged to the development of sustainable solutions that allows minimizing the impact of human activities on environment. SOE conducts research in a wide arrange of fields, including water supply, wastewater treatment, air pollution control, solid wastes management, environmental chemistry, microbiology, hydrology, ecology, energy and resources, environmental simulation, and environmental management and policy.
In the aspect of water pollution source identification, the Research Center of Environmental Technology in Water Pollution Source Identification and Precise Supervision in SOE, THU has made great efforts to explore and achieved good results.
- Responsibility:
Engaged in frontier research in water pollution source identification, environmental science and engineering, and environmental regulation, mainly exploring the principle and application of the technology and instruments of Early-warning of Pollution and Identification of Pollution Discharge.
- Qualifications:
Candidates, under the age of 35, must have a PhD in Environmental Science and Engineering or a related field at date of hire.
Fluent in Chinese is NOT a prerequisite. All research, teaching, and service activities can be conducted in English.
