Goal: A post-doc position is available in the Department of Radiochemistry and Environmental Chemistry at Maria Curie-Skłodowska University (Lublin, Poland) under the supervision of Prof. Patryk Oleszczuk. The successful candidates will explore the fate and ecotoxicity of nano-biochar and will be expected to conduct multiple laboratory experiments, apply various analytical techniques, data analysis, and write manuscripts.
Prospective highly motivated post-doc with Ph.D. in Environmental Chemistry or Engineering, Chemical Engineering, or related fields are encouraged to apply. Post-doc with strong communication and writing skills and prior experience with GCMS, ICP-OES, liquid scintillation counting, flow field fractionation system, biochar modification, etc. will be given preference.
Applicants must be able to provide a coherent and well-organized presentation of their past work and have a strong publication record. The appointment is for one year with the possibility of renewal subject to performance.
