Research area: Air Quality Modeling and Data Analysis

Job Description:

We have two post-doc positions open at Georgia Tech, both oriented towards air quality modeling and data analysis, with a strong health component.  One is more oriented towards assessing the impacts of wildland fires, the other assessing air quality impacts of transportation (and other) policies.  Both will use regional scale air quality modeling.   

Required Qualifications:

  • Ph.D. in Chemical/Environmental/Mechanical/Civil Engineering, Atmospheric Sciences, or a related field.
  • Excellent writing skill and productive publication records.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Prior air quality or atmospheric modeling experience.
  • Health-related research.
