Job Description

The Princeton WET LAB is seeking a postdoctoral researcher with expertise and interest in sensing and system development for the next generation of solar evaporation, interfacial evaporation, or water electrolysis. The scholar will work with funding agencies and other team members on developing reactor systems for water, mineral, and/or hydrogen recovery with real-time monitoring and control.

Desired candidates may have the following experience:

- Ph.D in civil and environmental engineering, mechanical engineering, electrical engineering, material science, or related disciplines

- Experience with hardware/software integration, with a focus on sensor technology

- Experience with programming languages such as Python, Java, R, or Arduino

- Experience with solar evaporation, desalination, mineral extraction, and/or water electrolysis

- Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
