Plans and conducts assigned and/or original environmental research projects under the guidance of Prof. Dibs Sarkar in the Environmental Sustainability Laboratory while working collaboratively with other postdocs (4 currently) and graduate students (5 currently). Primary responsibility will be working on two federally funded projects applying green technologies for remediation of PFAS-contaminated soils and water (75%), and stormwater management and green infrastructure design (25%).

Education: PhD in environment-related technical, scientific, or engineering discipline with specialization in soil and water remediation. Candidates with a PhD in environmental engineering, chemical engineering, environmental geochemistry, or environmental soil chemistry will be preferred. Strong analytical and communication skills are required.
