There is a funded Ph.D. position available in Civil and Environmental Engineering (CEE) Department at the University of Missouri. The research project involves quantification of microplastics in different media using advance analytical techniques and studying the transport behavior of microplastics.
REQUIRED/DESIRED QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS
• Holding a Masters’ degree in engineering (Civil, environmental, chemical, polymer), sciences (environmental, chemistry), or any closely related field
• Strong analytical and quantitative skills
• Independency, communication, presentation (oral and written), and the ability to work in an interdisciplinary team.
