The Department of Biology at Hong Kong Baptist University is seeking applicants for a research assistant position. The successful candidate will contribute to two exciting projects focused on anaerobic digestion and microbial fermentation.
Requirements:
• Relevant master's degree in microbiology, biotechnology, chemical or environmental science/engineering.
• Strong experience in wet-lab and analytical techniques.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively with other researchers in the team.
Responsibilities:
• Conducting experiments related to anaerobic digestion and microbial fermentation.
• Collecting and analyzing data, and maintaining records.
• Assisting in the preparation of research reports and publications.
• Collaborating with other team members and participating in project meetings.
