Job Description
I am looking for one PhD student to join our lab at Rutgers. We invite applications from candidates with degrees, research experience, or a professional background in environmental science/engineering, civil engineering, chemical engineering, chemistry or related fields. The positions are focused on laboratory- field-, and stats/epi-based projects on metals release and isotope fingerprinting in potable water infrastructure, impacts of exposures to environmental contaminants on human health, and citizen science investigations and technological/behavioral interventions in domestic, overburdened, and international settings. Position-specific details: The start date will be Fall 2025 semester. Please note you will have to apply and be admitted into our graduate program before an assistantship offer can be made. Subject to adequate performance, PhD students at Rutgers are guaranteed five years of funding. GRA annual stipend, per union agreement, of $41,854 ($46,000 starting Fall 2026).
