Job Description

The Laboratory invites applicants for a postdoctoral research position.The successful applicant will join a research group led by Dr. Yandi Hu. You can learn more about her research group through the Webpage: http://scholar.pku.edu.cn/huyandi.

Potential research topics include:
1) Mechanisms of the mineral-fluid interfacial reaction for soil heavy metal mobilization;
2) Reaction between nano-particles/minerals and organic matter for global carbon cycle.

Requirements: 1) The candidate needs to have a PhD degree in Environmental engineering, Chemistry, Geochemistry, Materials or Chemical engineering, with a strong interest in chemistry. 2) It would be preferred if the students know how to use dynamic light scattering, FTIR spectroscopy, liquid chromatography, ICP-MS, SEM, AFM and/or TEM, and have published papers on top journals as first-author.
