I am looking for a PhD student to join our group, the Air Quality and Climate research laboratory at the University of Georgia. The dissertation project will focus on investigating the formation and physicochemical properties of gaseous and aerosol emissions from advanced biofuels in low-temperature combustion technologies. A collaboration with Dr. Brandon Rotavera’s group (the Combustion and Atmospheric Reaction Mechanism Laboratory), this project will provide the student with a highly interdisciplinary research experience and opportunities to build various skills sets based in fundamental theory, laboratory experiments, and numerical modeling.
